Rob Rickman, Co-Author

I am a bankruptcy attorney in the law firm of Leonard, Rickman & Holloway, PC.  My firm has two  attorneys who exclusively practice bankruptcy law and are available to assist indivduals who seek debt relief.  I have practiced exclusively in the area of bankruptcy law since 2002. On average, I help over 300 debtors file bankruptcy each year.  My practice is limited strictly to consumer bankruptcies focusing on individuals and small businesses.  I work to enable people to overcome the surge in collections, credit card debt, repossessions and foreclosures that has occurred because of the unfortunate economic crisis that exists today. As a bankruptcy lawyer, I help debtors with pre-bankruptcy planning and strategy, filing for  chapter 7 or chapter 13 relief, representing debtors in bankruptcy court, obtaining necessary loans while in bankruptcy, and even assisting filers in preparing for life after bankruptcy.  My physical office is in Marietta, but file for qualified clients in Powder Springs, Kennesaw, Acworth, Smyrna, Woodstock, Canton, Austell, Atlanta, Roswell and other counties in the north west regions of metro-Atlanta.  I am an active member of the Georgia youth and high school wrestling community. As a past wrestler in college, I now enjoys the sport through the participation of my children.
